When a horse is sold, paid for and taken off of our property it is
considered sold and is the new owners responsibility.   If the
horse does not work for any reason we will help to re sell that
horse, we may trade for something else, or give credit towards
another horse.  This is given at our discretion.
We charge 15% on the asking price - plus time - advertisement
charges - boarding if shown and sold here on our property.  
Our time is valuable, just as your time is.
